All financial transactions on the poker online platform — including deposits, withdrawals, stake amounts, winnings, and bonuses — are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Players are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method supports transactions in PHP.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account after login. poker online processes withdrawal requests in accordance with internal verification and processing timelines, which may vary depending on the payment method selected.

poker online implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible.   • Failure to complete required identity or age verification procedures.
  • Request by the account holder to close their own account.

If your account is suspended pending an investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending resolution.
